By downloading, installing, or using WordSmith ("Application"), provided by MaddTech ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
WordSmith is an artificial intelligence-powered writing, editing, and communication platform. Features may evolve over time and may require an active internet connection and subscription.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to use WordSmith for any illegal, harmful, harassing, or unauthorized purposes.
Subscriptions: Access to premium WordSmith features requires a recurring subscription billing plan processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Renewals & Cancellations: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period through your device's account settings (Apple ID or Google Play).
Refunds: All refund requests are handled directly through Apple or Google according to their respective store policies.
Ownership: You retain ownership of the original text inputs you submit to WordSmith.
AI Output: Due to the nature of artificial intelligence, generated output may not always be accurate, unique, or error-free. MaddTech makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or legal suitability of AI-generated content.
Prohibited Content: You agree not to submit content that violates third-party intellectual property rights, promotes illegal acts, or contains malicious code.
All rights, title, and interest in and to WordSmith—including logos, source code, design, branding, and proprietary algorithms—remain the exclusive property of MaddTech.
WordSmith is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. MaddTech disclaims all warranties, express or implied. In no event shall MaddTech be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Application.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
